Billing questions
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. It has no time limit and needs no credit card. You only move to a paid plan when the member, series or storage limit starts to hurt.
- How does billing work?
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel from the panel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
- What happens to our data if we cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. The team returns to the free plan limits and all chapters, series and files stay where they are.
- Why are prices different in Turkey?
- Teams in Turkey are billed in Turkish lira at a local price; everyone else is billed in US dollars.
