Last updated: September 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FansubPanel platform ("Service") operated by Moteze Software, LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • "Service": the FansubPanel web application and all its features.
  • "User": the individual or legal entity that creates an account or uses the Service.
  • "Fansub/Team": the workspace you create or are a member of.
  • "Content": any data, text, image or file uploaded or created by the User.

2. Description of the Service

FansubPanel is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) that lets translation teams manage their workflow (RAW sourcing, translation, proofreading, cleaning, typesetting, quality control), assign tasks, communicate, and share files and announcements.

The Service is provided "as is". Features may be improved, changed or removed with reasonable notice.

3. Account and Security

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
  • An account may only be used by its owner and the team members they authorize.

4. Content and Copyright

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload. You grant us the technical license required to process, store and display your Content to you; you retain ownership of your Content.

Uploading or distributing copyrighted material you do not have rights to (manga, manhwa, webtoon, video, etc.) is prohibited. The User is solely responsible for the legal status of fansub content; Moteze Software, LLC exercises no control over and assumes no liability for such content.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Any use that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to third parties.
  • Access that overloads the infrastructure, compromises security, or attempts reverse engineering.
  • Spam, malware distribution, or unauthorized data collection.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Data retention and deletion after termination are covered by the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence where such protections cannot be waived by agreement.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
