Take your team's data out: a JSON dump of every series and chapter, and series archives (ZIP) with the files of completed chapters.

Your team's data is not locked in FansubPanel. On the My Data page you take a machine-readable dump of every series and chapter, and download the files of completed chapters as a ZIP per series.
Where to find it
In the left menu, under Management, open My Data.
Team dump (JSON)
Download dump downloads a single JSON file. It contains the team's name and, for each series, its title, original title and status; for each chapter, its number, title, status and completion time. It carries the data, not the files. Series and chapters in the trash are not included.
Series archives (ZIP)
The files of completed chapters as a single ZIP.
- Find the series in the Series archives card. Only series with at least one completed chapter are listed; each row says … completed chapters.
- Click Prepare archive. While it is being prepared, the button says Preparing….
- When the archive is ready, the row shows archive ready with its size and the time left; download it with Download.
- To include chapters completed later, use Rebuild.
A prepared archive stays downloadable for a limited time; after that you need to prepare it again. If there are no completed chapters, it says No completed chapters to download: once a chapter finishes all its steps, its series becomes archivable here.
Who can do this
The page and the dump require Download Files (file.download); the menu link depends on this permission too. The team owner always has it. Preparing and downloading a series archive also requires being allowed to download that series' chapter files.
Good to know
- The dump is per team: if you are on several teams, you get your selected team's data.
- You can also download a single chapter's files from the chapter page (see Chapter page).
