Chapter page
The Your turn card, step statuses, the credits page, downloading the finished chapter and all files, and editing or deleting a chapter on the chapter page.
Updated:
The chapter page is a chapter's summary: which steps are done, who is working, whose turn it is and the finished files. The actual work happens on the step screens; the chapter page takes you there.
Where to find it
Click a chapter in the chapter list on the series page. The Upcoming Deadlines card on the dashboard and notifications also lead to chapter pages.

Your turn
If the chapter has an active step you can work on, a Your turn card appears at the very top: "Next step: Translator", or "2 steps are waiting for you" if there is more than one. Continue takes you straight to that step's screen. If it is someone else's turn, the card is not shown.
If someone completes a step or opens a revision while you are on the page, a "Something changed in this chapter" strip appears at the top; press Refresh page to see the current state.
Steps

The Workflow Progress bar shows how many steps are done. In the Workflow card each step is a row:
- The badge on the right is the step's status: Pending, Active, Completed or Not yet its turn.
- The person working on the step, the number of files in its output and its version (v1, v2…) are shown in the row.
- If a step has been active for more than a day, a note such as "in this step for 3 days" appears.
- The Revision badge means a revision came to the step; Outgoing Rev. means the step requested one.
- A completed step may have an Undo button: Chapter status and reopening.
- Clicking a row opens the step screen. Steps you are not assigned to look faded and do not open ("You are not assigned to this step").
The v1 badge in the card header is the chapter's workflow version; it goes up when the chapter is reset.
If the series later moved to another workflow and this chapter was finished with the old one, a "Completed with the previous workflow" note appears above the card; the chapter is shown with the steps it was made with.
Below are the Journey timeline (who did each step, when and how long it took), the Revision History if there is one, and the File Summary. You can filter the revision history by All, Pending, In Progress, Completed, Rejected, and click a revision to open its details.
Chapter details, team and credits

- Chapter Details: number, status, title, deadline, the person who opened the chapter (Created by) and description.
- Assigned Team: people assigned to steps in this series and their steps.
- Credits Page: who contributed to each step. Copy copies the text, Download .txt downloads it as a file. The card appears once the chapter has contributions on record.
Downloading
- Download Finished Chapter (green button): appears once the last step is completed and downloads the last step's output. Below the button it says which step's output it is and how many files. If the last step's output is a link (e.g. Drive), the button is called Finished Chapter Link and opens the link.
- More actions (⋮) → Download All Files (Archive): downloads every step's files as a single ZIP, organized in folders by step.

To get all of a series' completed chapters in one archive: Series page.
Editing and deleting
- Edit: the Edit Chapter form changes the number, title, deadline and description; save with Update.
- More actions → Reset Completely: restarts the chapter from scratch. Details: Chapter status and reopening.
- More actions → Delete Chapter (also on the edit form): the chapter moves to the Trash; translations and files are kept and it can be restored within 30 days.
Who can do this
- The chapter page opens for people assigned in the series and for the team owner, Fansub Admin and Fansub Moderator.
- The download buttons are shown to people with the Download Files permission or assigned to a step in the series' current workflow.
- Edit needs Edit Chapters; Reset Completely needs Reset Chapters.
- Delete Chapter needs Delete Chapters. Someone who can open chapters can also delete a chapter they opened themselves if nobody has worked on it yet.
- Buttons for actions you cannot do are not shown.
