Series list and series page
My series and All series on the Series list, search and filters; the chapter list, team card and exporting completed chapters on the series page.
Updated:
Series in the left menu lists all of your team's series. Clicking one opens the series page, which brings together the chapters, the series team, the workflow, the glossary and the fonts.
The series list

- My series / All series: My series shows only the series you work on (where you are assigned to a step, were given a series-specific permission, or are assigned to one of its chapters). The number on each tab is how many series it holds. The team owner and people with the Fansub Admin or Fansub Moderator role open the page on All series; other members on My series. You can switch tabs at any time.
- Search series... searches the title and original title.
- Type: Webtoon, Manga, Manhwa, Manhua, Novel.
- Grid View / Table View: your choice is remembered in this browser.
- Status buttons: All, Active, On Hold, Completed, Dropped.
Each card shows the cover, the series status, the chapter count and the people assigned to it (up to three, "+N" for the rest; No assignees if nobody). If someone is being sought, a "Looking for: …" line appears; unread series chat shows a chat badge.
If you are not assigned to any series, My series is empty; use See all series to browse the team's other series.
The series page

The top shows the cover, title, author/artist and description. The buttons on the right:
- New Chapter: opens a chapter (Opening chapters). Only shown to people who can open chapters.
- Edit: changes the series details (Creating a series).
- Assignments: opens the Step assignments screen.
- More actions (⋮) → Delete Series: moves the series to the Trash.
Chapters

- Chapters are listed by number, newest first, 20 per page.
- The status buttons on top show how many chapters are in each status; pressing one filters the list. What the statuses mean: Chapter status.
- Chapters with a deadline show the date and a badge such as "2 days left", "Due today" or "Deadline passed". Edit deadline (calendar icon) changes the date right in the row; clearing the field removes the deadline.
- Previous workflow badge: the chapter was completed with different steps than the series' current workflow.
- Clicking a chapter opens the chapter page.
If you are not assigned to this series, the rows look locked and you see "You are not assigned to this series": you can see the list but cannot open chapters. If someone is being sought, the notice points you to the posting (Looking for people).
The cards below

- Assigned Team: people assigned to steps in this series and their steps. The "Can create chapters" badge means that person can open chapters in this series. Manage goes to Step Assignments.
- Workflow: the Workflow Template the series uses. Change goes to Step Assignments; the workflow is only changed there.
- Export Completed Chapters: see below.
- Glossary: the first five terms and the total count (Glossary).
- Fonts: the series' fonts (Series fonts).
Above the cards are the series chat card and, if enabled, the Looking for someone card.
Exporting completed chapters
- The Export Completed Chapters card says how many chapters can be archived.
- Optionally enter Start no and End no; leave them empty to archive every completed chapter.
- Press Create Archive. When it is ready, the card shows the chapter count, file count and size; download it with Download ZIP.
The archive is valid for 24 hours; after that the card says "Expired, please rebuild" and Rebuild prepares a new one. Each chapter's pages go into the archive once, in their most finished form: the one-person, visual editor or typesetting output; if none, the balloon cleaning or cleaning output.
Who can do this
- Every team member can open the series list and the series page.
- Opening the chapters themselves requires being assigned in the series (or being the team owner, a Fansub Admin or a Fansub Moderator).
- The export card is shown to people with the Download Files permission and to people assigned to a step in the series' current workflow.
- Editing deadlines in the row needs Edit Chapters, deleting the series needs Delete Series, and the Assignments button needs Assign Series Roles.
