My Tasks
The list of steps whose turn has come for you; step filters, revisions, deadlines, work buckets for admins and the task cards on the dashboard.

My Tasks gathers the work you can do right now: the steps you are assigned to whose turn has come. A step's turn comes when the steps before it are done.
Where to find it
Click My Tasks in the left menu. The number in the menu is how many tasks are waiting for you. View All on the dashboard's My Tasks card also brings you here.
The list
- The step tabs on top (All, Translator, Typesetter…) filter the list by step; the number next to each is the task count for that step. Only steps that exist in the team's workflows become tabs.
- Tasks with a requested revision are at the top with an orange edge. Above them it says "N revision request(s) pending"; the card shows who asked for the revision, from which step and why.
- Tasks where you sent a revision back to an earlier step show the Awaiting Revision badge and how long you have been waiting.
- Each card shows the series, chapter, step, progress ("3/7 steps done" or Last step) and deadline. If the chapter has been waiting for at least 7 days, a "waiting N days" note appears.
- Go to Task takes you straight to the step screen.
At the bottom, My Assigned Series lists the series where you are assigned to a step.
If the list is empty
- "You are assigned to series, but your steps have not started yet": your work shows up here once the earlier steps are done.
- "You have no pending tasks assigned to you right now": you are not assigned to a step in any series. Your manager assigns you on the Step assignments screen.
Work buckets for admins
The team owner, Fansub Admin and Fansub Moderator see three buckets on top:
- Assigned to me (default): work assigned to you.
- Unassigned: steps that are active but nobody is assigned to on that series. You can do them yourself or assign someone.
- On the team: active work assigned to someone else; listed for oversight.
If nothing is assigned to you but there are unassigned steps, the list points you to the "Unassigned" bucket.
Discord hint
If the team uses Discord announcements and your Discord account is not linked, a hint appears at the top: link your account to get tagged in the channel when it is your turn. Link from your profile opens your profile; the cross hides the hint in this browser. Notification options: Notifications.
Cards on the dashboard
- Upcoming Deadlines: unfinished chapters whose deadline has passed or falls within the next 7 days (up to 8). Only chapters of series you can see are included. If there are none, the card is not drawn.
- Chapters waiting a long time: based on how long the step has been waiting, not on a deadline.
