Profile and account
The Account Settings page: profile photo, name, credit name, username rules, language, online status privacy, chat badge and deleting your account.
Updated:
Everything about your account is on one page: click your avatar at the top right and choose Account Settings. Profile in the same menu opens your member profile as your teammates see it.

The page is made of cards. This article covers the profile cards; for password, sessions and linked accounts see Security and sessions, and for notification preferences see Notifications.
Profile Photo
Drag a photo onto the card or click to choose one, then press Upload. PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 2 MB.
Remove Photo deletes the photo you uploaded; if a Discord or Google account is linked, its avatar is used instead.

Profile Information

Save your changes with Save.
- Full Name — your real name. Everyone in the panel sees you by your username; your real name is visible only to you, the team owner, Fansub Admins and Fansub Moderators. If the team setting is on, all team members see it too.
- Credit Name — the name (a pen name) shown in the contributor list at the end of a chapter. If you leave it empty, your username is used. It may be the same as someone else's; it is a signature, not an identity.
- Username — @mentions and your profile address use it. Rules:
- It cannot contain spaces and must be unique across FansubPanel.
- When you change it, your old name stays reserved for you for 30 days; nobody else can take it in that time, and you can take it back.
- If you are in a team, you can change your name only if every team you belong to allows username changes. If a team does not, the field is locked and the teams are listed under it; if you can manage the setting, a link to it appears too. The setting is off by default: Team settings.
- Your previous usernames are listed under the field.
- Email Address — changing it asks for your password, and you must verify the new address. Details: Security and sessions.
- Language — Türkçe or English. The same choice is under Language in the user menu.
Online status
Your teammates see whether you are online and when you were last seen (if the feature is on for the team). You can hide yourself with Hide my online status and last seen. Hiding works both ways: if you hide yours, you can't see other people's online status or last seen either.
If the card says "Online status has been turned off by the managers of your selected team.", the feature is off for that team.

My chat badge
This card appears if you have more than one role. Per team, you choose which badge appears next to your name in chat; Automatic shows the job you are assigned to most. Your other roles stay visible behind "+N". If you hold an authority role (such as Fansub Admin), that badge always comes first and the choice is locked.
Tool keys
If desktop tools are enabled for your team, the Tool keys card appears and Manage my keys takes you to the keys page: Desktop tools.
Delete Account
At the very bottom of the page. Deletion cannot be undone.

- Press Delete Account.
- Enter your password in the confirmation window. If you opened your account with Google or Discord and have no password, confirm by typing your username instead.
If you own a team, or if chapters, payments or chat messages are attached to your account, deletion is blocked; the card tells you why. Those records are other people's data too. Download anything you want to keep before deleting.
