Team Hub

The Team Hub is the team's shared cupboard: announcements, watermarks, PSD templates, fonts and tools in one place. Every team member can open it, download and react; adding and editing require permissions.

Where to find it

In the left menu, open Team Hub. There are five tabs: Announcements, Watermarks, PSD Templates, Fonts, Tools, each with its item count. The owner, admins and staff also see the team's storage use at the top right (Team Hub files, Team total).

Announcements

1. Click New Announcement.
2. Enter a Title and Content.
3. Optionally tick Pin this announcement to the top and Also send as email (the email option only appears for a new announcement).
4. Click Save. Every team member (except the author) gets an in-app notification; if you chose email, members who have not turned off announcement emails and whose address accepts mail also get an email.

• Pinned announcements stay on top with a Pinned badge. Use the pin on the card to Pin / Unpin, the pencil to edit and the bin to delete.
• Find older announcements with Search announcements....
• Reactions: members react to announcements with emoji, like on Discord (Add reaction, More emoji…). Hover a badge to see who reacted. An announcement can have up to 20 different emoji.
• The owner, admins and staff turn reactions on or off with the Reactions switch on the tab. Turning it off hides existing reactions without deleting them. The same setting is also in Fansub Settings.

Watermarks and PSD templates

• Upload Watermark: PNG, WEBP, JPG or PSD, up to 20 MB.
• Upload Template (PSD Templates): PSD, PSB, ZIP or a ready image (PNG, WEBP, JPG), up to 100 MB.
• If you tick Notify the team while uploading, members get an in-app notification; uploads in a row are grouped into one summary.
• Manage Categories lets you create your own categories (e.g. "Horizontal", "Transparent"). Deleting a category does not delete its files; they become uncategorized.
• Download All (ZIP) downloads every file on the tab as one archive.

Fonts

The team's shared typefaces. Cards show a preview with sample text; try your own text with Preview text and Size, filter by category and find fonts with Search fonts....

• Upload Font: select a font's style files (bold, italic…) together; they are uploaded as one font. TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2, up to 10 MB per file. Use Categories to say where the font is used (SFX, bubble, thought…); you can pick more than one.
• Bulk Upload: uploads many font files with the same categories at once, up to 50 files. Names come from the file names; when Combine style files of the same font (bold, italic…) into one font is ticked, styles are kept together as one font. You can edit each font with the pencil afterwards.
• Select several fonts and download them with Download Selected (ZIP).

The same font is not added twice. The check looks at the file's content, not its name: if an identical file already exists in the team, the upload is rejected and you are told which name it is already under; in a bulk upload that file is skipped. Fonts in the trash do not count. For copies added before this rule, the card says The exact same file is also added as: …; you can delete one of them.

Tools

Who can do this

• View, download, react: every team member.
• Write, edit, pin and delete announcements: the team owner and anyone with Manage Announcements (hub.manage_announcements).
• Add, edit and delete watermarks, PSDs, fonts and tools; manage categories: the team owner and anyone with Manage Team Assets (hub.manage_assets).
• Turn reactions on or off: the owner, admins and staff.

Good to know

• Team Hub files count toward your plan's storage limit; when it is full, uploads are rejected (see Plans and subscription).
• If the New Hub asset event is selected for the team's Discord, uploads are announced in the channel too (except link entries).
